CHEF Signature White Wine Reduction Cooking Paste, 450 G

I love the intense flavour this product adds to a range of recipes. It is really easy to use and because it is concentrated it goes a long way. No kitchen should be without it.

Very handy. We used to salt a bottle of wine so we didn't drink it (haha) but this is much more convenient and works fantastically well when making any sauces or gravies that want that wine flavour and acidity adding. Keep ours in the freezer. If it will last 6 months otherwise, it'll last a year in there easily. Doesn't freeze solid, I guess due to the alcohol content so just spoon out what is needed, about a teaspoon does it to enhance chicken gravy for a family dinner.

Strong flavour

This is my second pot of this as my fridge died and I had to bin the previous one. However we had almost got through the whole pot. Adds an amazing flavour and depth to most dishes where you can add red wine but don’t overdo it as it can add a little sweetness sometimes. Wouldn’t be without this now.

I absolutely love the convenience of this and I very rarely use actual wine anymore. Great for everything from gravy and sauces to paella and risotto. Highly recommended.

The shelf life only 6 months. It would appear that this product has been in stock for months before sold

Super Geschmack! Verfeinert jede Sauce! Ideal auch für Kurzgebratenes (Messerspitze für Bratensauxe zu 2 Steaks genügt!)

Falls die Sauce nicht so schmeckt, wie vorgestellt-ein wunderbarer Helfer. Auch, wenn nicht genügend Saucenfond vorhanden-super zum Verlängern. Man sollte aber schon einen kleinen Grundfond selbst ansetzen, sonst schmeckt es künstlich.

Da ich puren schwarzen Knoblauch kenne, sagt mir dieses Produkt mit nur 12 Prozent schwarzen Knoblauch absolut nicht zu. Diese Paste ist salzig und sauer und hat nur einen Hauch von dem Aroma, den der Titel erwarten lässt. Das Preis-Leistung-Verhältnis ist nicht fair. Ich kaufe es nicht wieder.
