Excellent performance for graphic design
I purchased this laptop on February 20, 2025, for a friend who studies graphic design, and it has been a fantastic choice. The ASUS Zenbook 14X OLED stands out for its speed, smooth performance, and an absolutely stunning OLED display, perfect for tasks that require color accuracy and visual detail. This is an excellent laptop for graphic design students or anyone needing a fast, reliable machine with a top-tier display. Highly recommended!

Good seller.
Seller shipped to an APO address, took two weeks which is a bit faster than usual. Solid computer. Good for basic gaming and school/work stuff.

Really good laptop you will not regret it.
Laptop was new, no issues. I love the way it manages heat. Compared to other laptops in this price range. Battery life is roughly 4 hours, but i knew this in advance. The powerful cpu and rtx processor makes it worth it.

Good computer, but already short on the manufacturer's warranty?
Great computer so far (one month in). Was a bit surprised that the graphics card only had 4GB of RAM - I was expecting six or eight, based on the model advertised. Works well for what I'm trying to do, so not huge, but still disappointing.Oddity was that when I went to register for the manufacturer's warranty, there is only three months left. Contacting seller, not sure what that's about...

Great budget option for gaming!
This is a really good budget option for a gaming laptop. So far it has played any game I wanted it too. Gaming capabilities are high enough for my uses. RuneScape, Civilization, Slay the Spire, Rollercoaster Tycoon, BioShock so far.

Envio Rapido y Buen producto 20/10

If you have any issues issues, return to Amazon. Don’t trust the customer service.
The laptop works except for a small hardware issue with the speaker. Now normally I would give it 4 stars for this but I am giving it 1 star due to the “customer service” shenanigans they tried to pull.I sent the laptop back so they could fix the speaker. 8 days after receiving the computer they shipped it back to me. With the shipping each way and a few days emailing back and forth, this process took a total of 25 days to resolve. When turning on the computer, the had the same popping noise. Frustrated that they didn’t resolve the issue, I went to return it only to find out the return window passed.Out of frustration, I figured my 5 years of IT experience could fix a simple hardware issue. I popped open the back to look at the model numbers when I realized something. The back seam had no scratches or scuffs. These would be expected since this model requires you to shim the back plate off.The battery which you’re supposed to remove before speaker replacement still has wires taped to it. This is expected during installation of the motherboard, but would need to be cut when removing the battery. The speaker screws do not have any stripping or scratches. That means they had exactly the right size screwdriver and were perfect when unscrewing it.The sticker of the right speaker matches the model of the left exactly. That would be expected if they had extra parts laying around, but not if they ordered one.The screws were not tightened down, while still being torqued enough to be secure. While possible, this pretty much only happens during mass production. Humans will almost always tighten the screws to make sure. That can only mean one of 2 things:1) They were the most clean and precise repair techs I have ever met, and just happened to replace my speaker with another of exactly the same hardware issue.2) They never tried to fix the computer and didn’t even open it. They just waited for the return window to run out before sending it back.I’ll let you decide what’s more likely.
