Doesn't come with much instructions .... I can give you a clue ... after several orders, I can confirm ..that the ONE pill a day is most effective if taken before bed. The product is amazing how it starts to tighten up skin tone as it shrinks the fat away ... it is NOT a quick process if you are really overweight, but worth the time and purchases to HANG IN THERE ... cause it does work ... I started taking Turmeric and Forskolin as I had read reviews. I know that turmeric has many positive uses in the body and whilst there is no magic pill for weight loss, thought I'd give it a try. Taking Turmeric and Forskolin once a day has really boosted my energy level. I don't feel as tired or lethargic and can pack more into my day. This may lead to some weight loss but just the fact that I feel my metabolism has been boosted, is enough for me to continue to take these supplements.Review by Sue

I bought this product because it said it would help my body let got of fat. I have thinned down even though I'm not losing weight. It also helps with hunger. You may not think it is doing anything for you but just miss a day and you will see! When I forget to take it I am hungry all day long no matter what I eat. I'm not sleepy during the day when I take it either.So for me it works great!

I can’t swallow pills but these were almost tasteless, which is a bonus if you have to open them up and take them that way. Been taking them for a week along with daily walks and smaller portions. My scale says I'm down 5 pounds. Great product so far!

Didn't work at all. Not for me anyway.

I purchased this to help jump start my weight loss. Unfortunately, these pills did not live up to their claim. I was conscious of the amount of carbs, calories, sugar and fat while taking these and I saw absolutely no results. Needless to say, I am disappointed and won't purchase them again.

When kick starting Keto these pills really helped out! The weight just falls off and I feel great! I tried to start Keto a second time a year later (Keto in small doses) and did not use the pills. The weight was not as much lost. It was slower going. So for another round of Keto I used the pills and it was the missing link!

I lost 4 pounds right away and have been slowly taking off the pounds. It really boosts the Me to diet.
