Nice texture and taste
This is recommended by Dr. Hyman as a way to help your digestion and Microbiome to get back intact after taking an antibiotic. My boyfriend, however, never really took it after his antibiotics ended, but I added it daily for a while and certainly had no stomach issues with all taking it. I will keep it for thickening sauces, and I may add it to my daily regime someday again. Nice flavor added to water.

Make sure you’re buying potatoes starch on purpose
This got mixed in with the potato flakes on my search and I accidentally bought it. Anthony’s products are always fine and I’ve been very happy with everything I’ve purposefully bought from them. My bad for not reading more carefully and realizing it was only starch not flakes but an easy enough mistake to make.

Wonderful, Easy Thickener
I love this stuff for thickening foods. I only need a little. I thoroughly mix it with water before stirring into a hot food that I want to thicken. It is super easy, and I never have problems with lumps.
