A must buy!!
I’m a big fan of AMA so I was thrilled they released a recovery pack! I’m always looking for games to play with my sober friends, and these are PERFECT! We had such deep and insightful conversations while we played. Perfect if you want to use alone to prompt yourself to get to know yourself on a deeper level, and they also work amazingly for a group setting. A must buy!!

Great cards for group facilitating
Some typos, which is the only knock. Otherwise, great questions, cover a good range of recovery topics. Definitely recommend for the price.

Grammar and spelling issues
I love the cards! They are great however there are grammar & spelling issues! I would love to receive a new set once they redo these!

Why so many spelling mistakes?
The idea behind these cards is fantastic, however....there are number of basic spelling mistakes on these cards!! To me, as a consumer, this is pretty unacceptable especially since each card basically is asking one question, and the expectation is that we may have clients read the cards aloud during therapy sessions.Let me give you some examples of the correct spelling vs. your spelling: enabling NOT enbling...continue NOT contiue, received NOT recived, seek NOT seak, briefly NOT breifly, new NOT knew, activities NOT actitives and capital "I" not lower case "i" when referring to yourself.Fix the spelling mistakes and it would be a 5 star. As it is now...it's 3 and I consider that to be a high score for such lack of professionalism. Do better!

THESE ARE GREAT FOR ANYONE ON A RECOVERY JOURNEY!
Unfortunately, I have struggled with addiction for more of my life than I lived without the struggle. I did manage to get and stay clean in 2016. I spent a lot of time in programs. I wish I would have had these cards when I was in rehab for my own personal use. Obviously, these are GREAT for a group setting as well...probably even better for a group setting. However, I personally, am always looking for stuff like this to prompt my own thoughts...and trigger deeper thinking. I think self reflection is soooo important in recovery. Staying honest with yourself and processing the good and the bad.I have already begun using these at night before bed just to think for now. I intend to write some journal entries using these at prompts as well.I am constantly on a mission of self-improvement and these are a great addition in my mission.
