It worked great for 2-3 months. One day I walked in the garage and it was running but water temp was 80 degrees. I turned it off for a day and it started working again. It lasted 2 days and quit chilling. They have no customer service number to call. I'm not sure how to handle getting it fixed. For $400 you should be able to get a customer service rep on the phone.

Exactly what I ordered, no surprises.I use this chiller indoors and was honestly worried it might be loud, but it’s crazy quiet. It chills the water quickly and just does its job. No drama, no maintenance headaches. Perfect if you’re looking for something clean and hassle-free.

So far we have loved this cold plunge chiller. It works so good. Haven’t tried to get the temp down to 42 yet as we are gradually easing into it. But it has definitely cooled down to the temp we have set it at. The set up was a little tricky but we were able to get it done and it cooled the water down by the next day. Its very quiet too. We use it on the pod size cold plunge. So far no complaints and would buy again if needed.

Great product! Really great price! I keep it running 24/7 in my 75 gallon bathtub at 49 degrees. Perfect for 10 minute plunge followed by 30 minutes in the sun with 20 min, all out refreshing nap. I have a custom- made hard shell foam top made to jerry the cold water cold with little or no evaporation. The Chiller runs 24/7 but only needs to cool about 2 hours a day with a + or - 2 degree variance (unless after my plunge (then it is 8 degrees warmer after 10-15 minutes in plunge.. Monthly cost is about &10 max p/mo on my power bill...I love this product!

It took me a while to get it working correctly. Now that it works correctly, it works decent.The temperature gage it has isn't accurate. I set it to 32 over night just to see how cold it could get, the temperature on the screen read 45. When I checked it with a thermometer it was actually 38. So it does get it to 38 degrees as advertised. So now that I know that I will set the temperature a few degrees above to get desired temperature.As far as fittings and leaks, it was a hassle to get it to have no leaks but I did eventually work it out. This problem would be a easy fix if they just used metal fittings all the way around instead of some metal and some plastic. The plastic ones is where it's hard to tighten down and seal to where it doesn't leak. If they would just change that about the product I would've given this a 4 star review for sure.Overall if this product lasts a year without much complications I will be happy with it as I'm just starting ice baths/cold plunges. That would give me time to see if I like the benefits of it good enough to really sink money into a nice one. Again the unit itself seems to work well, its just the plastic fittings I worry about lasting.I bought this product with the AS ColdPlunge tub that holds 100 gallons. I'm 5'9 and I fit easily into the tub with room to spare.

Works well but the hoses are not usable. The pump also had to be replaced as it was not able to handle the water pressure, the unit itself works and cools great.

DO NOT PURCHASE! It arrived early which is a plus. Set up took 30 minutes but had to guess on a couple steps due to vague information in manual. Once I got it up in working, it took more than 24 hrs to get it to cold. It does not shut off automatically when reached desired temp. It also displays the wrong temp. Water is very cold, another plus! WORST PART, this thing leaks and leaks bad. They provide you with plumber tape but do not tell you where or how to use it!! I went ahead and disassembled it used the tape and still leaking leaking LEAKING!!! Sending this back to get my money. Water everywhere and not one cold plunge….
