Don't recommend. Won't hold.
I do not recommend this product. I owned another brand that used 3m tape and it held for about a year. These stoppers use a glue that you mix together. I tried the first one on the lower part where the door rolls and it didn't even hold for one door opening and popped off. This was the same location I had installed the other brand a year ago. I then tried the next door stopper on the upper part where the door rolls and it held for about 12 opening and closings and it popped off. Because I was out of town and delayed my install, my return window ran out 12 days ago today.

Works great if you prep the surfaces well and use good gluing technique
This gadget creates a detent on which the van’s sliding door roller rests, allowing the door to be parked where the stopper is glued down. It also makes the sliding action less smooth, creating a bump when you want to go past the stopper. I wanted the detent to be a bit gentler, so I ground down the ends to a feather edge, and also knocked down the tops of the ramps to a gentler shape. Before gluing down, I roughed up the bottom with 150 grit sandpaper, and did the same on the van’s guide rail where it will be glued down, then cleaned the surfaces really well with isopropyl alcohol. I used a two-part epoxy that I know and trust (similar to JB weld). Here is the part that is key: set the stopper down with medium pressure, and rub it in back and forth until some epoxy squeezes out the sides. You want to get the air out, but don’t press so hard that all the epoxy squeezes out. Wipe off the squeeze-out and let it sit for at least 24 hours, longer if it’s cold out. Works great, recommended.

didn’t stick
epoxy is too soft ( fast cure) so after two days of use (after allowing a week to cure) the forward end started to come un-stuck, so afyer a few more door openings it lifted over half way, so removed it, which caused it to bend, being. ery this to begin with. .

Glue? Doesn’t look very durable, will probably have to revisit this in future.
The media could not be loaded. They suck. You have to GLUE a small piece of metal to the track, and hope it holds a 100Ilb sliding door. Not very durable. Will probably have to glue it back on, in time.

Only lasted 3 months before the glue failed
Update: This failed at 3 months. Fastest failure of all brands I've had. I'm going to try another brand, and use VHB tape. I hope that works better. This is my third order. The weak link in this design is the glue. My first two came off after a number of months of use. The epoxy holds well at first, but the door roller's hard contacts, banging on the aluminum will break loose the epoxy over time. I try to open gently and that will prolong life, and if you inspect the device every time you get into your vehicle you may be able to keep from losing it on the road and be able to reglue it. I really do love having this. They allow me to open my door a set amount, keeping my privacy while allowing fresh air inside.

Easy to install and good price
This is exactly what I needed to stop the door in the middle. Easy to install. I recommend applying the glue and letting it sit for 24 hours for best results. Now my door is firmly in place and it's 2pcs for a good price, highly recommended
