I bought this to fix a chip on my wife’s Suburban windshield. I’ll admit, I was a little skeptical at first since the price was pretty cheap compared to others I’ve seen. But honestly, it worked perfectly. The instructions were easy enough to follow, and once I got everything set up, the resin filled in the crack better than I thought it would. After it dried, the chip was barely noticeable unless you really look for it.The build quality of the kit was solid too. Nothing felt flimsy and everything locked in place like it should during the repair. There was no weird smell from the resin either, which I appreciated. For the money, this was a really good buy and saved us from having to pay for a professional repair. I’m glad I took the chance on it.

Junk. If you’re trying to save some money here, just don’t. Have used other products in the past and repairs were nearly invisible and lasted forever. Tried to repair two chips with this stuff and both were clearly visible. To make matters worse, one repair is completely gone now. I assume weather forced it out.

I bought this kit because it looked similar than other brands but a better value since you get enough to do 2 repairs. The basin was thicker in this kit and did not pull into the cracks in a bullseye chip as well. Besides that it was just as easy to use.It's been a couple weeks since I made the repair and the crack has not spread but it still very visible due to the thicker resin. It's possible that the resin in this product is stronger than other brands but not thin enough to fill the crack all the way. I give 4 stars because it did what it was supposed to and kept my bullseye chip contained. I will update my review to a lower score if the crack starts to move.

Understand that this is a sub $12 item with shipping. The instructions were not clear and written by someone with poor English. That said, using common sense and intuition, you “can” fix some windshields. No crack is the same and understand it probably won’t be perfect. In my windshields case, it worked perfectly and I don’t notice the crack. Basically use the suction device on the crack and do the resin process where you load it up and screw in the resin area.All said and done, it fixed my windshield and I didn’t have to pay $100+ for a pro to fix it. I have a 2020 Kia Niro EV and it worked, so I am thrilled.

Waste of time and $$.Does not work..and instructions are horrible..there is no curing time indicated.0 stars.. and worse thing...i waited too long to try it...past my return window

Absolute crap- if I could give zero stars I would. I should have known spending only $10, but didn’t realize it was totally ineffective…followed the instructions to the letter: when placing the pressure bar to force the repair liquid into the chip, there is no seal and it does not push any fluid into the chip at all. Complete waste of time, don’t bother buying this. I threw it in the trash because it isn’t worth my time to repackage and return.
