1.5v output rechargeable batteries, so far so good
I have several devices I have to buy disposable batteries for because, up to now, the rechargeables (NIMH) would not work in them because it only supplies 1.2V output. Not sure when these came out but this is the first time I recall seeing them for sale. This particular set offers the most bang for the dollar in terms of capacity etc. that I could find among the choices on amazon. I was attracted to this one by the storage case/charger and the capacity for the price. From what I've read, these may not deal well with temperature extremes so it's probably not a battery for an outdoor device in the winter time but other than that they get good reviews from folks that have them. Any battery tech that uses chemical reactions will be affected by temperature, we do have some choices that handle it better than others but it's still a very expensive type of battery. In the last few years many older battery techs that have been too expensive for consumer use have been steadily reinvestigated to find better/cheaper ways to get to the same end result. I personally think we're on the brink of a really big leap in battery tech, we're going to have to do better to power the next generation of devices such as robotics and more. The military "big dog" program needs to get that boy off his gas generator for sure and they've been talking about portable rail guns for a few years now (not to mention the boston dynamics bi ped robots). This unit requires an additional 5v usb adapter such as comes with many tablets and phones and comes with a usb A to C charging cable (just plug it in, I believe a 3A adapter is recommended which is what comes with current phone models or you can invest in one of a huge list of products available on amazon many in the twenty dollar range). I bought a fancy new garbage can with a motion activated lid that rolls open and closed, it needs 1.5v because it's a motor, these are working fine so far only time will tell how long they'll last between charges (turns out a set lasts a little over two months in the garbage can which seems pretty good for how much it gets used). These arrived more than half charged it was only an hour or two before each cell showed full charge. The case is nice, each cell gets a charge indicator and it's also a nice compact case to store any you aren't using. With two sets I have a spare to swap into use while the other set charges or to use in something else.

Highly recommend! Long lasting batteries.
Great value! Batteries last a long time and the charger is convenient. I use these batteries in my home's smart lock as well as blink cameras and they last months without having to recharge. Highly recommend if you're someone who is always buying batteries.

Useful
These are life changing. I do not have to go out and buy batteries anymore when these are here. Batteries out of juice just charge them. They last pretty long. Been a few months and still haven’t changed them out of my remote

Don’t last very long
They lasted 4 days in my blink camera. I wasn’t expecting much but I am disappointed they didn’t last longer. Normal lithium batteries last months in my cameras.Update: 3 weeks later I left the batteries in to see if they would die completely and they are actually still working, my camera says still Low battery but works

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
I have not had any problems.Love that they are 1.5 volt. Many of my devices hated the usual 1.2 volt rechargeable batteries.I just assumed all rechargeable batteries were 1.2 volt.Super easy and convenient to use.Stick them in the charger. Plug in charging cord.Solid green when ready.I use the AA and AAA batteries in all my AA/AAA devices.Remote controls, Game Controllers, Ear/Nose trimmers, etc.Super useful. I keep the charged batteries in a battery holder as well as a few in the charger itself.Have yet to have any problem with the charger or the batteries.I will continue to purchase and recommend these batteries.Love the stylish look of the batteries and the case. Cool look.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Dangerous Batteries
DON`T BUY THESE BATTERIES!! DANGEROUS!!! Bought these in December but have never used them. I have been a little nervous to use lithium batteries. Had a Commencement to photograph over 250 students, I needed the power, didn't`t want to change batteries, so I used them. First time. Shot 30-40 images of set up. Turned camera and flash off to wait for event to begin. A minute later I noticed smoke coming from my flash, took it off my camera, emptied battery compartment, one was sparking and smoking. Luckily a janitor was nearby to smother it with a mop. DON`T USE!!

Bad experience, hope mine was a 1 off, good luck.
Update. When I tried to return batteries to Amazon they said it illegal for them to physical accept damaged or defective lithium batteries. Call for more instructions...Per review below this thing fried my charger so I ordered 2 new anker 45w 3amp chargers. Since I was somewhat stuck with them until I got time to call I decided to attempt to charge them with new charger. It worked and they fully charged up, 2 rounds of 8 batteries. Anker charger did get quite warm.Batteries work thats about all I can say, haven't fully tested run time yet. Changing review from 1 star to 3.Original 1 star review below.Hooked up to my rasberry pi 5v 3 amp power supply and it started flashing red saying incompatible battery. This is straight from seller with branded charger and batteries same. I tried my super fast charger and it worked for about 3 minutes charging then fried my charger. Had very high hopes. Returning this trash. If a specific charger is needed - you should sell it with your product. Afterwards, to make sure it wasnt battery charger, I plugged in rasberry pi 5v 3 amp charger and lights flash red again.
