NOW Foods Brewer's Yeast 650 mg 200 Tabs

I have this on a subscription, helps with my milk supply! I take 3 in the morning and 3 at night and it helps so much. I can tell when I forget to that it at night because I can go all night and not feel like I’m going to explode but when I do take it. I have to pump in the middle of the night. I’m trying to build a stash so I love it. They are a little chalky but it doesn’t bother me. The size is normal wash to swollen. Taste plain! Very effective!

These have helped my milk supply so much! I used to take the powder form, but I was always forgetting to add it into something, so this made it so much easier! Would definitely recommend to anyone that is breastfeeding or pumping and needs a little extra help with their supply.

Soooo glad I gave this a try! My baby is EBF and while I was a “just enougher” when pumping, she began to eat more and I wasn’t able to keep up. I was coming up just a few ounces short of her needs. I read all the reviews about brewers yeast and these particular supplements and decided to give it a try. My baby has severe reflux and a very, very sensitive tummy and so do I. We have not had any tummy troubles at all! I use a pump log app to track my pumps. Before these supplements, I pumped 29 ounces. After, I pumped 36. As you can see, I pumped (almost) the same amount of minutes in each screenshot. I also drink a lot of bodyarmor throughout the day to stay hydrated. The combo has been amazing for my supply. Definitely worth trying.

I take these to improve my breastmilk supply and they have been very effective. I saw an increase within a few days and its remained effective for months now. I've had no digestive upset and neither has baby. They are big but I don't find them difficult to swallow with the right amount of liquid. There is no smell or taste in my opinion.

I ordered these to help with my milk supply and I gone back to work. They are easy to swallow but I didn’t see a noticeable difference with my supply. I won’t be repurchasing, there’s other stuff I have taken that I can see a noticeable difference.
