These are made very well, it will take some time to break these in. I've been wearing them on certain gym days and they have made it easier on my hands and I get the grip I need. Highly recommend. Im 6'2 220 and bought the larger option as the smaller were too small.

Sad to say that I returned them. I was hopeful they would help me but the plastic part (where the bar would be sitting) hurt the area where my thumb is. I gave five stars because they are well made and I loved the part that goes around the wrist (I have small hands). Also, I found them easy to take on and off & I loved the price. I am a female on my hubs Amazon page so I wanted to be clear in my feedback. I based my purchase on more than a few reviews that I read prior to purchase but did not realize that the plastic part would do that.

Son cómodos, buen material, sin embargo la correa de ajuste en la muñeca podría ser un poco más grande, le quedó un poco justa, el envío se demoró un poco más de la fecha , pero en general bien.

I have been using this for about a month and I love them. I’ve tried different straps but this is the only one that has worked for me. I can lift heavier now without my fingers getting too tired too soon. Easy to use.

These fit a small woman's wrist (which was not easy to find).

Ripped after just 2 weeks of use. These straps cannot handle heavy weight and generally feel cheap. Would not recommended.
