Tbh I was questionable of this product but it honestly has been really good when I drink at night it would help me sleep and definitely helped so much with my bloating. I feel like if I honestly stayed consistent with it it would fix a lot of my formal imbalances. Not sure about getting pregnant off of this product but maybe depends on the person or the consistency. But if you have pcos or generally for bloating I would definitely recommend. I gave some to my mom when she was feeling pain from her ovaries and she said it made her feel better and it was just once she drank it. Taste is okay it doesn’t really taste like anything to me but the aroma of it smells good.

I love taking this every night as part of my bed time routine. Been taking for about 2 months so far. I started taking it to support my transition coming off the birth control pill. I do like the earthy taste it has and I also save money buying this instead of the teas separately.
