The Wright Pianoforte Tutor (Piano Solo) Paperback – 1 Mar. 1998

This is a really great piano tutor.There's a tangible sense of achievement for a beginner using this book as the pieces elevate in difficulty in a very steady and consistent way. As such, there's a real sense of technical achievement moving through the different pieces which is very important when starting to play any instrument and this happens quite quickly. Its a great feeling working through this and developing a strong sense of independence between right and left hands, and again, very quickly.Its a great companion to other beginner's guides or Graded pieces and I would recommend this to anyone beginning to play regardless of whatever musical tastes you might have (I listen to rock/metal mainly)
