I needed a replacement for my Shark robot vacuum that would no longer connect to our wifi no matter what I did to attempt connection. So, I did extensive research before I made my next robot vacuum purchase. The Teendow d20s Max+ seems to have the necessary features that I need since we do have 3 dogs. I need a robot vacuum that can easily connect and STAY connected to our wifi. Check mark the first box! ✅️ Next, we need a vacuum with strong suction to pick up dog hair times three particularly in our high traffic areas. ✅️ Finally, I need a vacuum that has a collection receptacle easy to clean and can hold plenty of dust, dirt, and dog hair. I disliked that the Shark vacuum had to be emptied 3 times each day to cover our household and the cleaning of the device was SO messy! The Teendow d20s Max+ holds A LOT more dirt and does not have to be emptied daily. I can easily go 2-3 weeks before the dust bag needs replaced. The only small downside right now is the difficulty in finding replacement dust bags by themselves. The only option I can find is a complete replacement pack that I do not need at the moment. Amazon, not the seller, incorrectly pairs replacement dust bags that are NOT compatible as an option to bundle. I did notify Amazon of their error and have to return the incompatible bags. But it is not the seller's fault. Lastly, the suction to emptied the vacuum into the dust bin is AMAZING! Clears out everything and you are left with a clean and ready to go vacuum! Great product! P.S. I have not used the other options yet. But excited to try!

Great product for the price. I am so happy we made the decision to purchase this robot vacuum. I I wanted was Self empty docking station that also went back out and finished the job! This vacuum does it all. It picks up the dog hair, it covers all areas, it dumps the dirt and then it goes back out to clean. Not stopping until the mapped area has been swept. It also has a mop feature but i do not or rather have not used that feature yet. The app is easy to use as well. And if it gets stuck, it will send you a notification. I mean - let’s gooo!!

I love this item! It lets you select the rooms it cleans with restricted areas, its empties itself, and it has the grooming capabilities. It is a bit difficult to find replacement dust bags so buy extra of those, but that feature is wonderful! It will notify you when the dust bag is full and you just pull it out and toss it away.I have it on a schedule and it cleans every day at 9:30. I have a 2600+ square foot house and it cleans about 2000 sq feet of that with no problem at all. (The other amount is upstairs). I have a dog and it cleans so well! I have not used the mopping feature yet, because I have alot of rugs. I need to play around with that, but my main concern was just picking up on the floor and getting any loose dog hair that might be blowing around. I also have carpet in my bedroom and it does a great job on that too. You can change the amount of suction for certain areas as well.I had an older Roomba and it would knock things over and slam against my furniture and scratch it, but this one does not do that. Its easy, and it will let you know if its stuck by the app on your phone. I could not love it more.

This is probably my 3rd robot vacuum I’ve owned. I think it works really well . It maps out the floor with ease and allows you to rename the map to identify the rooms. I only use the vacuum. I have a dog and I seem to get an abundance of dust mites ect accumulating in my home and since using this vacuum the accumulation of dust and hair has been cut down significantly.I’ve had this vacuum for about a month so I guess i still need to figure it out . Four stars b/c it takes the vacuum two charges to vacuum my designed spaces , which is under 1200 sq ft. I tried playing around with the vacuum suction power to try to get the job done within one charge, but still needs to recharge to finish the job . All in all it takes over 80 min . Also i scheduled the vacuum to run at night when everyone is sleep and for some reason it has not done that . it did it once or twice then stopped so now when I get up in the morning I press the run buttons and let the vacuum do its thing . Again, overall good purchase. Saves me a lot of hassle trying to get micro dirt and dust off floors and allows me to then mop the floors with ease.

Excellent vacuum cleaner, the best purchase I've made. It's wonderful. I like the way it works: vacuuming and mopping at the same time saves me a lot of time. I recommend it. It's very easy to use.

I love my vacuum, which I've named Max. He is so helpful and efficient. Not too noisy and gets to every part of the house. I barely ever have to rescue him, which is a big change from other robot vacuums I've had. The mop feature is nice to have, although don't expect it to replace actual mopping on a regular basis. We have a husky, a chihuaha, and a cat and Max handles all their fur (plus my long hair) with ease! I love that it comes with pet grooming supplies and a little blade to help with cleaning the roller. I've been running it almost every day for at least the past month and I'm very happy with it. Good value for the money spent and seems like it will last a long time. The size is comparable to other robot vacuums and I'm grateful that it never has issues finding its charging port.
