Very effective (for nine or 10 hours).
I'm only giving it four stars because the duration of its effectiveness is less than 24 hours.I take it mid meal with water around 5 o'clock in the afternoon but symptoms return around 1 or 2 AM.It is effective for my heartburn and while the sensation of pain is a welcome relief, I wish it would last longer or that I could take a second dose. But alas, there is a caution not to exceed the recommended dosage.

Laxatives 👋
I was gonna give it 5 stars but then I realized it has two types of laxatives which are not good to take for a long time, I wish it didn’t include laxatives. But it does calm your gut and stomach

Excellent variety of gentle fixer-uppers for the gastro-intestinals. Everything functions better after just one capsule in the evening. If I make a bad dietary decision (eating that last week-old portion of protein on the turn, for instance), I might take 3 capsules over the next 24 hours. Life rolls on without a hitch.
