Hands free phone calls are the best!!
I didn't even read the instructions it's that easy, my phone works great and my sister says it sounds good on her end. The only thing I'd like is some bass with music it's a bit tiny, but other than that it's great!!

Terrible sound!
It is cheaply made. Sound is terrible. Was hoping to play music. Forget about that! At best you can use it for phone calls while driving but I had trouble getting it to work with automated calls, systems could not recognize my answers. Not happy with this item at all.

being able to hear clear and speak clear on the other side
I bought 2, since the new law about hands free . I had a little problem setting it up but after I figured it out works great , the other person said it is sounded good and I could hear them good.
