I give them a 5 star because they take action right away the problem. I know I received it in German. But my son enjoying more and good thing too he wants to learn German language which good benefits for my son lolz. But rarely people will correct our order even is our fault. I appreciate those people like that. 👍💯😉⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Ordered this DVD and when it arrived it was in German and would not even operate on our TV. Some items when doing an Amazon search were clearly marked non-Usa format. This was not and the description was all written in English.
