Tastes great!It helped me with my digestion right away and made me feel more regular and less bloated. I also noticed that it helped clear my brain fog and stay focused at work.I didn’t really notice an appetite difference until I was a week and a half in. This is a TINY pouch for the money - and I wasn't a fan of the taste. Granted, that's a personal thing. I bought because of the higher quantity of yerba mate per serving, but the peach flavor was way too artificial tasting for me.

The taste is very refreshing. I enjoy non sweetened ice tea so I was nervous if the product would be too sweet, but it isn't. This product was delivered as it said it would be. Bonus, it was made in the USA!
