I take ashwaganda daily and this is a great quality product, higher mg dose (whichI like) easy to swallow.

Mixed it with dandelion powder, milk, butter and cinnamon. Delicious and great for stressful days.

What I Needed to help me stay calm a PRAY and this stuff has gotten me through somethings. We mix it with calming herbal teas of your choice mine is chamomile/ Lavander. NO unwanted stuff just what it says I was very pleased when I saw the bag this will last me a LONG time. Worth the money for the amount, you get and by the way I only use a half a scoop in the AM and half in the PM and works for me.
