I bought the Alpaka "Flight Pouch" and then returned it. It was just a bit too small, but I was impressed with the overall build so decided to get a bag slightly bigger.This "Flight Bag 1L" is perfect for travel and EDC. It has the same minimalist look as the Flight Pouch, although slightly bigger with much more room with an extra zip pocket for loose items. It fits comfortably and the quality is what you would expect from Alpaka. Durable YKK zippers. I will definitely be using this as my go to EDC. I like the fact that the zippers are protected with an overlay, making this bag the most water resident than any sling I've had in the past.I wouldn't put anything of personal value such as a passport in the rear pocket that has magnetic closures. This should have a zipper instead. Otherwise a great EDC.

I love this item. Perfect size to carry everyday items, ie wallet, phone in its case, earbuds, and extra battery pack with cord. My husband loves it as well. It is technically his lol. The versatility between cross body and waistband is awesome.

I was only able to look at the 2L version. I purchased the 1L bag, but received 2L from Amazon. I liked the material and design but had to return since they sent me the wrong size.

Bought for my partner. Perfect size for small item while traveling like passport, transit cards, lip balm, cellphone. Doesn’t hold much more than that but great for excursions.Magnet flap is in a good spot, provides fast access to mints or gum. Strap is also comfortable and placed well compared to other bags.

I am trying to find that "just right" sling that's not too big, but big enough for more than two items. This one fit my wallet and phone perfectly. I love the soft lining in the phone slot. I guess you could put sunglasses there, but they might crush depending on what you do with the bag. The material is nice and I like the olive color. The zippers are also really nice. The removable straps are a nice feature.I could not fit my key ring once my wallet and phone were in. I have my car keyfob, house key, and one small mailbox key. It's really not that much. I shoved them in, just to see how it looked and felt and it just didn't work. I will have to go up in liters just a bit.

It’s funny how people complain that this is “too small” since it only fits their keys, wallet, phone, and some extra cash or pack of gum… I mean, isn’t that the point of this sling?? Alpaka even says that it’s meant to keep only the essentials!With all that being said, this does fit my 16 Pro Max, 10000 mAh external battery, metal wallet, car fob and two house keys, AirPods Pro 2, chapstick, and a microfiber cloth ALL into this sling. Even with all those items, it still manages to keep a pretty slim profile. While the bigger slings out there look “beefier,” they’re more expensive and might be overkill for what I need a sling for. I mainly wanted one for a pocket reliever, and this one does that job well.At this price point, it is not a high-end sling but definitely not cheaply made either. While I’m not too fond of the strap since it’s so thin, I do appreciate the overall size since this is meant to keep a low profile and not always remind you that you have a sling on.One main con is the magnetic back pocket. I saw a video that showed that while it can fit a U.S. passport, it’s slightly too long to allow the magnets to secure the pocket. I see this as a “I’m in a hurry and I need to temporarily put something in here” pocket.For under $50, you can’t go wrong with this sling if you simply want your pockets empty and SLIGHTLY more. It’s low profile, stays pretty flat, and fits comfortably around your shoulder without it hurting you.So far, satisfied with this purchase. I’ll see how it holds up with a few more trips soon!
