The taste is little bitter but put it in your coffee with a little sweetener of your preference and it’s amazing. It’s already coffee flavored so I don’t suggest putting it in a sports drink or water. But I started with half a scoop every morning and I absolutely love it. Not only does my energy last all day with no crash when the days done, but my mood has been so much better. Dealing with bipolar depression and not taking medication for it, this has helped so much. I absolutely love it! I’m not over dosing on happiness and jittery. Just mellowed out, and don’t let things bother me as much and wake up every morning ready to accomplish the day!

I suffer from severe RLS. Restless Leg Syndrom. I take 3 mg to Ropinarole nightly to calm my legs down to sleep.The symptoms persist even with the Ropinirole, but reduce the pain enough to allow me to fall asleep. I now take the Ropinirole along with a cup of Elevate at night. The reults, for me, and I emphasize this is for me personally, are dramatic. The pain not only goes away, but I fall asleep faster and sleep more soundly longer.Elevate has alot of caffiene in it which probably accerates the effect of the drug, but there also appears to be some homeopathic components that help the Ropinirole to take effect. I do not believe the Elevate alone has any effect on RLS, but the combination appears to be very effective. I am the second person with RLS to find this positive result. Elevate, if you read this, should do a study with RLS patients to see if my findings are consistant with other RLS sufferers. My use is to drink one cup of Elevate at night and take 3 mg of Ropinirole just before bed. The taste is like a strange coffee and the price is a bit high, but the product addresses my RLS, which is priceless.

I really enjoy this product! I’m the type of person who’s always hungry and nothing ever worked to suppress my appetite until I tried this. I stopped buying it for a little while because the price skyrocketed to where it was like $100 a tub. I think $50 is a fair price for what it does for me. Personally I don’t mind the taste either but my coworker hated it and said it made her puke. I think this is just one of those things where either you like it or you don’t but I just wanted to note that it worked well for me. I lost weight so quickly because I wasn’t grazing on food all the time. Will continue to purchase 👍I do suggest that if you’re a first time buyer and not sure if you’re going to like it to purchase it when the prices are lower..... or in general just buy it when it’s cheaper :)

Works pretty well for me. I fitted my wedding dress and got it altered. I was 125 lbs. Covid hit, wedding postponed, 1 yr later gained 15 lbs. Gotta drop the weight because I was not buying another dress. I went down to 123 lbs, with Elevate and 2-3 gym visits per week. Lost 2 lbs extra in 2 lbs. I fit my dress yayyy, got married and bulked up in Hawaii. Lmao! Anyhoo, I am going on a group trip to Jamaica with friends June which is my wedding anniversary mth. Elevate here I come! Now, I didn't get the mood swings, often bathbreaks, nausea and such, but I got muscle cramps from being dehydrated. I hate drinking water and you have to drink alot if taking this. It has alot of ingredients plus high caffeine intake. I ended up getting sever leg cramps that brought me down to the floor at night. It happened twice. Also, if you are dehydrated you can also gets palpitations which i experienced. To prevent this from happening again I set a reminder on my phone and always have a large tumbler with water. I make sure to hydrate while taking this. Water was my best friend... chug, chug. We all know we should do this daily to help stay healthy. Dehydration can cause irritability and affect your mood. I throw away the bottle I had thinking I wouldn't need it again, silly me. I just bought another to help me prepare for my Jamaica trip. I will also exercise. I use 1/2 teaspoon once in the morning, 3-4 times a week. I dont used it every day. That is enough for me and it works well for me. It has a whole lot of ingredient so it good to look them up. If you try this, I am stressing the IMPORTANCE of drinking water to stay hydrated. ALOT of water. :)

Wow. I thought the container would be larger. As you can see it is not very big for such an expensive coffee. I will give my review of product later to let you know if it works.I tried the product one time. Taste awful. But I added protein powder and it did taste better. It did that one time seem to curb my appetite. I'll give more review later after a week. My current review is middle of the road overall as I want to see if this works.Update. It does curb appetite. lost 6 lbs total since my purchase. does help with reducing appetite. Got around first week of may 2019 and month is at end this week. Slow go.....but helps a bitI did not exercise either.

OMG, this is the worst tasting diet coffee I have purchased, my first cup was unusual tasting but drank the whole cup and did not feel any different, the second cup, well, I could not even drink it......it has a very bad aftertaste and i even tried mixing it with ordinary instant coffee but could not mask the original taste, its horrible.......for all you out there that want to try it DO NOT.....I had previously purchased a tub from USA and it tasted good but this international (canada) coffee is HORRIBLE....

Gitters, stomache ache, went up.. highish... felt good. Not hunger cuz I was antsy...Then came the crash... not good. Felt tired hungover sluggish... wanted more!! Go up and up high... then boom. Read ingredients! As some are from the meth family. Dr told me no! And not to do a pee test cuz bad things will show
