I don't have the exact pack and play you do but it fits on mine Graco playard with cuddle cove removable seat. It's just a piece of cloth so it will probably fit on anything. If you want to know if it looks like a good size, the answer is yes. It fits mine almost perfectly.

These look very thin. Is it any different than just laying baby on a receiving blanket for a diaper change?

they are super thin. like one layer of flannel with a plastic back. for my son, who is sometimes like a little firehose during diaper changes, the liquid just runs everywhere. the product is not really effective for what i was looking for, but might work well if you were just trying to protect a surface from little leaks, etc.
