To confirm, does this Mustang have a suction base? Please post a picture

Vixen updated the Mustang (and a number of other VixSkin models) to include a suction cup late last year.  (Unfortunately, Amazon isn't displaying the new photos yet).  As I understand it, Vixen intended the suction-cup addition as an enhancement of their existing product line, rather than a replacement of old models with newer models, and thus, all of the existing model names and UPCs were retained.Unfortunately, that also means that most retail systems cannot distinguish between the two versions, because both versions have the same ASIN or UPC.In our case, we dealt with this by first selling out our entire old-model inventory before restocking with only the new models.  That (mostly) worked for us because we're small enough to do everything by spreadsheet.  However, for larger retailers, or those that rely on a distributor, the capabilities of retail computer systems are such that our solution probably wouldn't be possible for them (so don't be TOO hard on the bigger guys ).Your best bet is to choose a specific retailer, contact them directly, and ask for specific confirmation of the model that you'll be receiving.  Also confirm that you can get a refund or exchange if you do receive the old model.Hope this helps and sorry for any confusion on this.

How come the price here is roughly 80 bucks and on the Vixen creations website it 30+ more dollars. Are these seconds?

Because almost all of the sellers currently listed are not authorized retailers according to Vixen's website, so you are taking your chances and it is possible you are getting a counterfeit or secondhand toy. Shag Supply is the only Amazon seller that is also an authorized Vixen retailer, and it looks like they have dropped their price in order to compete with these counterfeits. You can see the difference in the answers to questions: Shag Supply is thorough where others are suspiciously contrite. Unfortunately, if you order from them, the shipping label will say "Shag Supply", so you might want to put a fake name, but at least you'll be getting a real Vixen Vixskin product!The sellers I checked and found not to be authorized are:  The Toy Factory, Bia Health, Eros Art, Distributor Direct, Vert Delivery, FYA Trading, Honestly Healthy, Zamka Direct, Avalanche, CG Traders, GWCorp., and AGY Trading.

what is the circumference

Per Vixen Creations, the Mustang has a circumference of just over 5 inches (5.105 inches, actually) and a diameter of 1 5/8 inches.That said, remember that these products are hand-made, and that they are intended to mimic highly-variable human shapes.  Thus, you may see other different-but-similar dimensions posted (e.g. diameter of 1.5 inches).  Although those posts don't exactly match Vixen's stated specs, as we describe them here, they probably shouldn't be specifically considered incorrect.Please don't hesitate to contact us (Shag Supply LLC) directly if you have any further questions or concerns.
