MyKronoz ZeFit4 HR Fitness Activity Tracker with Heart Rate Monitoring, Color Touchscreen & Smart Notifications - Brown/Brown

I do like the ZeFit4 HR brown color... but it does not like my phone. I have LG V10 and I have ordered this twice in Jan 2018. The first time thinking the tracker might be broken but now I know it isn't. I just rec'd my replacement and still, I can't get it to sync with my phone. My phone can see ZeFit4 HR but the ZeFit can't see the phone. I could never get anyone from MyKronoz to call me or email me back for help. The kind and gracious people at Amazon customer service will help you all they can, they are wonderful. Well, Will be sending it back today, Jan 15, 2018. What a shame. The Ze Fit4HR is nice and I loved the color touchscreen. The BP does not seem to work so well nor does heart rate. But maybe it's all tied in to not syncing to my phone.

I order this product on a Monday, received it on a Tuesday and returned it on a Wednesday all in the same week. I did everything that the instruction guide stated regarding charging and how to turn the tracker on, but the problem was the screen would not turn on outisde of the charging screen. The instructions stated to turn on the screen, tap it and of course i did just that, but nothing happened. I thought maybe once i downloaded the app for the tracker that it would start working, but nope. After 15 hours, i returned this product and have decided to order a Fitbit. To be honest ladies and gentlemen just buy the real activity trackers like fitbit or the Garmin brands especially if you want to get your money's worth and something that actually works.

While the tracker had all the functions I was looking for, there was a major problem charging it. It first wouldn't charge. I tried different USB ports and outlets and finally it charged from my PC at work. Everything seemed fine until 30 minutes later the battery life dropped by 60%. I charged it again and 30 minutes was the maximum amount of time it would stay charged. Of course I had intentions on using it for more than 30 minutes at a time so I decided to return it.

I had a one year old tracker with no screen, I found the MyKronoz ZeFit4HR, it not only tracks my Heart Rate, my steps and other activities but it add some smartwatch features with text notifications, email notifications etc… Well built, 5 days battery and good price.

I returned this item bacause it did not work.

The first one sent to me did not work at all. The replacement worked a little but ended up not doing all it should. I wold not recommend purchase of this item.

Ordered 1st one tried all directions, called for tech support no help. Got a replacement same defect would not charged very disappointing experience.

Très bien le marron s intègre bien aux vêtements. Juste un problème de mise à jour.

Die App bzw. die Verbindung mit ihr und der ZeFit4 HR ist eine Katastrophe. Die mitgelieferte Anleitung ein Witz. Wenn es geklappt hat funktioniert alles sehr gut.Der Tracker trägt sich gut und stört nicht.

Les plus:-La montre est légère et de finition correcte.-L'écran est lumineux et les fonctions correctes.-Bon rapport qualité/prixLes moins:-Pas de notice d'utilisation, juste une pour l'explication d'appairage entre la montre et le téléphone-Le tactile est perfectible.-Les déconnexions Bluetooth sont assez fréquentes.-Après plusieurs jours d'utilisation, la batterie ne tient plus la charge. Il faut la recharger toute les 24H environMais la chose qui me gêne le plus, c'est que j'ai choisi cette montre pour la commande de la musique depuis ma montre. Or, je n'arrive pas à connecter ma montre avec l'appli musique de mon smartphone.J'ai donc contacté par mail le support de Mykronoz, qui m'a répondu (assez rapidement) que pour utiliser cette fonction il faut écouter la musique avec l'application "Google Play Musique" uniquement chose que je ne fais pas puisque j'utilise "Napster".Me voilà donc très déçu, car cette information n'est stipulée nulle part dans le descriptif de vente. C'est pour cela que ma note n'est pas bonne.Dommage !

Acheté une fois, n'a jamais chargé. Échangé et la nouvelle n'a jamais marché non plus ! Je deconseille
