12 ounce size is very versatile. We used the cups for coffee, tea, and hot chocolate.

My husband does not like using reusable cups, he will forget them at work or not want to wash them. These cups were the compromise. They serve their purpose. The one thing to note is they’re paper, so they’re not well insulated, so the cup is hot to touch, not unbearable, but it’s not the most comfortable, I’d get sleeves if you are worried about that aspect. They’re just as they’re pictured and pretty sturdy. I have reused them through out the day and they still hold tight, no leaks.

it's biodegradable which is perfect for a recycling company!!!! Would prefer to order without the lids though

I’m trying to make more purchases that are better for the environment. Every little bit counts. I use this with my lattes as well as my tea and have not had any issue with leaking or burning my hands. The tops are pretty thin so watch the pressure you put on them or they might crack. It happened to me the first time and after that never again bc I knew how to handle it. I got these because cleaning my cup every day was just getting so tedious. Does that make me lazy?... well I say it’s just one less thing to worry about. I’ve never used these for more than a day but I did leave one in my car with liquid in it for two days and it did not leak everywhere which I was sure it would. I did the math and these came to a quarter each cup which isn’t bad for a biodegradable cup. I’ll repurchase these again for sure

I just got these yesterday and opened them today. First of all, there's no way that these are 12oz. I had 16oz previously and it's not even close to a reasonable size. I used the 10oz setting on my Keurig and, sure enough, it was super close to the rim. That's incredibly disappointing as I had kinda settled for 12oz when I wanted bigger. In addition, the lid isn't compostable. The actual cup is (duh, because it's paper) but the lid isn't even recyclable in most places (number 6). So yeah. Garbage. I won't be buying them again.

We feel terrible throwing cups in the trash, so when we have to use them-this at least makes us feel better that they won't sit in a landfill forever. The lids fit great and they are thick enough to not burn your hands.
