Love this my hot flashes are gone during the day at night it's not so bad it started working about 2and half weeks takingv2 every morning

These are the best for hot sweats and if u can’t sleep. I’ve gotten the best sleep and no hot flashes!!

Don't use this product. They assured me there were no side effects but they lied. My mom has been throwing up ever since she took the pills. I will never buy anything from this company ever again!

This is the best bang for your buck with the most important things packed in it. Check the ingredients on the labels. This stuff is fabulous

I purchased for my menopause symptoms but unfortunately this product did not work for me it actually made my hot flashes more intense and frequent. I also had an allergic reaction to it. it caused the skin on my fingers to peel. So for me this did not work but maybe for someone else

As with all supplements, if you're taking prescription drugs, always run the supplements past your primary doctor or a pharmacist beforehand. I'm taking this one with me to my next doctor visit for that very reason. It's got a lot of ingredients that seem like they'd be great for menopause support, but I just want to make sure that they won't negatively affect the meds I am on. I like that this supplement is made in the US.

I didn’t notice a certain flavor, but the pills were great.
