Works Great
My 78 y/o DH prefers dollar pancakes. I wanted a pan that didn't have any toxic nonstick coating. Cast iron is perfect and this little pan makes 7 perfect little pancakes at a time. It heats up quickly and evenly. When properly seasoned, cast iron is nonstick. This came well seasoned, so was ready to use right out of the box. I also use this pan to make eggs, and can even use it in the oven to make cookies that are perfectly round. Definitely glad I bought it.

Works really great for Paniyaram/ Paddu / Guliappa
Works really great for Paniyaram !! Crispy outside and spongy inside!! Really must have if you try to make Paddu (Kannada), Guliyappa (Telugu), Gundpongalu (Telugu), Appe (Marathi), and Kuzhi Paniyaram (Tamil).

Healthy cooking - I had non stick one but after knowing all about toxicity I had decided to purchase cast iron one - and believe me totally worth it. Loved it

It is to small
It is to small and I don’t like being lied to this peace of junk is made in Communist China .On the Amazon description it said origin USA . Not the case on the box it says made in China.

It’s a little small but makes great aebleskivers.

Quality seems ok, but it is too small, compared to a more standard sized aebleskiver pan.

Works on an induction cooktop!
- Works on induction!
