This was a gift to my grandson for Christmas. I was disappointed as was he that two of the little pieces that were essential to put it together and have the larger plane fit properly were missing. He played with it anyway and they were going to contact PLAYMOBIL about sending them more. He thought he could use pieces from another PLAYMOBIL toy, but they didn't work. That is very frustrating for a Christmas toy. I thought PLAYMOBIL had more quality control, even for a toy with 144 pieces.

There was a degree of confusion with the recipient (who loved the set) because a remote control is shown on the box and in the instructions but it's only after reviewing that it's apparent you need to purchase an additional set ("Children can upgrade this set with the PLAYMOBIL RC Module Set Plus (#4856)"). So just be aware that there is no remote control but overall the set is excellent.

Brilliant new command vehicle - my 7 year old son loves it.
My 7 year old son is Playmobil mad and I am happy with that. Playmobil is well made and educational and the Top Agents variety is lots of fun. Top Agents, unlike Future Planet does not require batteries and has a developed storyline of good vs bad. The Top Agents vs Doctor Evil. Technically this is Top Agents 2 but you can see it as a new Good Guys van with built in prison cell, shooting missile, little detachable flying jet and hidden road spikes. It comes with one "Bad Guy" and a couple of Top Agents. It is therefore ready for "Good vs Bad" roleplay. It also has a "functional safe" which is a combination lock safe box for the secret documents and disks. I cannot tell you how much my son loves that!Assembly took my son about 20 minutes with me doing the stickers.Check out the Playmobil web site or You Tube channel to see the Top Agents movie (in English!) - it is 10 minutes long and feature all the toys.

Hours of entertainment
My boys really enjoy this toy. There is plenty of gadgets to open or shoot out. The attention to detail is excellent. My main complaint was that it was fiddly to assemble, but thankfully it only needs to be done once!

Great toy
Takes a while to build but that is part of the fun. My six year old loves this. The lockable safe is a bit of a hassle when you forget the code but it's all part of the fun. Highly recommend this toy.
