Craftsman Premium Rubber Garden Hose, 100FT. x 5/8. inch

This seems to be a very sturdy, heavy-duty hose. Brand new, when unwinding & a couple warm days, the black does rub off on your hands, but easily washes off with soap & water. The instructions for the hose not to kink are to put a closed nozzle on the female end, connect hose to the faucet and turn on water. As it fiils, most of the twists will straighten out & the others can be undone easily. Works the same for rolling back onto hose hanger, fill with water & keep pressure on as you coil. Some of the more stubborn coiling in the wrong direction take a few uses to lose their old memory & go the direction you want. Warmer days coiling the hose are easier when it's more pliable. Best hose I've had after trying all the other kink-free claims. This is a heavy hose.

Wasn't so sure when I bought this, but I had bought a red craftsman hose and it was too short, so I decided to get this one. I like it a lotThe rubber hose is "not" round on the outside. It is rather a 6 sided star on the outside and round on the inside. The star pattern on the outside is rounded over so it go onto my reel well and the shape makes it stay in place on the reel without rolling on the reel. Seems really sturdy and toughI recommend it to anyone.

I'm not sure these is any such thing as a kink free hose. If you extend anything from a coil without allowing it to twist it will kink. Bought this hose to replace my vinyl hose that is a bear to roll up and does not want to relax when extended. This hose is flexible and winds up easily. Well made, no complaints.

Best hose you can get. Any of the black rubber hoses like this will outlast the big box brand hoses. They may kink on occasion but you really need to try. They do un-kink very easy if it happens. I've had one of these in service for over 5 years. Another one I had was nibbled on by squirrels so guess small animals like the taste of rubber.

Very disappointed. Ordered one of these last year and it is fantastic. Industrial strength rubber; really heavy duty. Ordered another this year (higher price - inflation - I get it), but it was not the same fabrication. It was not the beefy, hexagonal rubber that it shows in several of the pictures (deceptive) and the couplings were not the same quality either. It's very easy to tangle and fold over on it self, stopping the flow of water. I went back and ordered the Dramm 1713 premium rubber hose instead and it's fantastic.

CraftMans makes a Great Water Hose. They are very well made. All Rubber the end are very durable. We have always had this brand of water Hose. You can spend lots of money on other water hose’s cost you more in the long run. So why not buy the best and have it forever.

Excellent hose. No kinks! HEAVY duty. Definitely worth the money, especially with a Lifetime Warranty. I use it to water trees at my rural home as I live in Texas with not much rain this time of year. Hose is flexible even with endless days of 100+ degrees. Would highly recommend this hose!
