Both Hawaiian and Ghost Peppers are clearly stated on the front. As an ingredient all chili peppers are considered to be the same on an ingredient panel. There is no requirement to distinguish between different chili peppers in the ingredients list.

The Pineapple sauce has a thicker consistency than the Jalapeno sauce (which mimics tabasco in consistency) but I don't know about any other flavors.
