Tervis Clear & Colorful Lidded Made in USA Double Walled Insulated Tumbler Travel Cup Keeps Drinks Cold & Hot, 10oz Wavy, Fuchsia Lid

I ordered two of these tumblers, one 16 oz and other 10 oz. The 16 oz was very good I could use it as a sipping cup or using it with a straw.The 10oz was very good too, except that a regular straw would not fit in the hole in the lid. I really needed this 10 oz cup, so I used an exacto knife and scraped a little bit of plastic from the opening hole in the lid, it was very easy and I assume I could do it with a sharp knife too. But without doing that I could not use the 10oz tumbler with a straw.By the way, I love that this tumbler is made in USA and we should support products manufactured in USA!

I really like the glass itself, but really hate the lid. We’ve already had one lid break as they’re pretty thin plastic (much different construction than the glass). Besides being thin, the lid fits incredibly tight on the glass which makes it really hard to get off. I have to use a lid gripper to get any traction on it. I tried ordering a different type of Tervis tumbler lid and it’s just as difficult to get off. Wouldn’t be a big deal if I didn’t want the lid, but I ordered it for my kids so they don’t spill their drinks as easily and the lid was a key feature for me.
