What is the difference between the hoosier hills 'white cheddar powder' and the 'white cheddar powder natural'? aside from price, size, container

Our Gourmet White Cheddar Cheese is a blend of cheeses to achieve the cheesy flavor. Our Premium White Cheddar (Natural) is simply white cheddar cheese. Thank you!

How sharp does this taste? is it comparable to mild, medium or sharp cheddar cheese at the grocery store?

It is a mild cheddar flavor. We use it on popcorn. Very nice.

Why have salt in it? i have to add my own salt cause i have high blood pressure but would love to have a cheese flavor to add to popcorn.

Added salt is a part of the blend of this White Cheddar Cheese Powder. We do carry an all natural White Cheddar Cheese that is not a blend, so it contains no added salt. Thank you!
