I need more protein in my diet and I just can’t drink the protein drinks so I tried this cereal. Pleasantly surprised I realize it’s not as much protein but for me it’s a start

Good taste sticky as hand snack
Great taste but they get sticky when it’s hot. We like cereals as a snack more than in a bowl. They do taste great but after a while my hands were just sticky. If you are a cereal in a bowl person you will be quite pleased. Taste:They do taste as advertised
