Q: Installed 2yrs now, working just fine, hooked to omnilogic. recently, it has started reporting very low salt, is that normal? warranty?

I kinda had a similar issue. Try cleaning/soaking the cell in Muriatic acid. Just the interior. There are how to videos on the internet . The salt sensor could be gummed up with junk. If that doesn’t help get in touch with Blue works. Make sure you still have warranty left. I was a week out of my warranty date and it was tough luck. And they are going to have you try a few “fixes” before they tell you to send it back. They are a pretty good company.

Q: how do you tell what software you are running on the hayward box??

You just push the button repeatedly until the t-3, t-5, t-9, t-15 shows up. You can get the directions on how to set your box to the appropriate cell you buy on Google.

Q: Is this compatible with the Intex sand filter?
