Fits adults and kids alike. If going adult, it is a full gorgeous tutu. For a kid there are two options: wrap it twice or push the tulle tight on thr ribbon for one wrap. This made it very full and the 5 year old was in total love! The stars aren't attached super great but it is a lovely piece.

True to size

I got this to wear for a fun run in dog agility and it was great. The tutu is very fluffy and full and pretty, but didn’t get in my way or impact how I ran or the performance of my dog. If I ever have to get another tutu it will be from this maker. The ribbon that ties it closed is very nice and pretty too. Love it!

I love this tutu! I purchased it for a superhero 5k and it was amazing. Was able to tie it around and it never slipped. Received tons of compliments! I’m a size 8. There was a Tom of extra ribbon length so it can fit just about any size.

This tutu is absolutely beautiful!! The skirt is well made, nice and full and has an adjustable ribbon so it accommodates many sizes. I ended up taking off some of the tulle to make it fit better and it was perfect. Can’t wait to wear it to my Wonder Woman 5K!!!!

It is described as an “elastic waist” but it’s a ribbon that you tie. Not elastic and the ribbon is not a tight fit so the tutu slides down. Besides the poor fit, the tutu itself is beautiful and full.

The skirt was a very odd fit. It is just a piece of ribbon that hold it all together and ties in the front. It is hard to get it to fit and sit right. It looked awkward on. I ended up returning in for something else that was a better more flattering fit.

Waist band is a nice satin ribbon, the skirt netting is made of individual pieces tide to the satin ribbon so adjusting to different sizes is very simple. Very nicely made and full. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy this again.
