OXO Good Grips Non-Stick Pro Ceramic Coated Metal Bakeware 3-Piece Sheet Pan Set – Biscuit

The media could not be loaded. These pans are nice and heavy, evenly distributes the heat. The color is pretty. But most importantly, NOTHING sticks and they clean up with a simple wipe. I’ve used them to bake several quick breads and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. No more greasing and flouring the pan so a big time saver in terms of prep time and clean up. Additionally, the quick breads that I’ve made have baked perfectly: slightly crisp on the outside and pillowing soft on the outside. Couldn’t give a higher recommendation.

Our new pizza-pan just arrived, and I couldn't be more impressed. The quality and build exceeded my expectations. The OXO brand always provides quality products, which is why I look at their products before making any purchase. But this was beyond what I had envisioned. The weight of the pan tells me it won't warp or fall apart easily; you can use it for pizza or cookies since it's so large and heavy. The materials used, tells me it will bake evenly and be a trusted piece of bakeware in my kitchen. I've already ordered a 13X9" casserole and 9" square baking pan to match this quality piece. Very versatile cookware that is high quality and nonstick. I also love the ceramic coating. It will make it easy to slide the pizza off the pan, onto my pizza peel for easy slicing. UPDATE: My 13X9", 9" square, and the rubber lids to fit both, arrived yesterday. I was impressed with the weight and build of both pans. The lids go on smoothly and make them stackable in the fridge. I expect to use all of the OXO pans for years to come, they are heavy, excellent quality bakeware.

Hands down, these are the most wonderful baking sheets I've ever worked with. They are heavy enough, they do not warp when heated but do heat uniformly. The coating is an absolute wonder both when cooking and at clean up. Suspect they will last for years. However, given their performance and their price point, a half a dozen years of service would more than repay purchase price and prove them so very worth repurchasing.

Works soooo well! DEFINITELY non stick, and super easy to clean!! The size is accurate, the pizza cooks evenly on it, and I believe it is definitely worth the price. I got the oxo pizza cutter as well, and while I dont cook pizza that often, the few times I have used these, you can't tell they have been used--no scratch marks, no stuck on food, no discolored areas. I never bought oxo before, but I am loving this brand so far. Great product.

Beautiful pan, and works wonderfully! So far, I've made three "no knead" loaves in this, and they have come out perfectly golden on the sides and bottom, with absolutely no sticking - even without added butter or oil! It heats evenly, without any warping. I've washed it twice in the dishwasher, too. It's a little narrower than the nonstick pan it's replacing, but it works SO GREAT that I am going to try the cake pans from this line, too. (My only wish is that these were made in the US like the other OXO nonstick but not ceramic line...)

Smaller than I expected but still very high quality

I’ve only used the pans once, but they seem great! They are fairly heavy, well coated with ceramic, and my sticky toffee pudding was delicious!
