I love this in 1 week it trained me lungs and I can run for longer without breathing like am going to die.

Good training tool, in my opinion
I'm at Respiratory Therapist. We teach our patients purse lipped breathing to create back pressure in their lungs when short of breath. This is NOT !!! a medical endorsement!!! This is a good training tool. I used it while riding a stationary bike. It helps recruit (in my opinion) more alveolar for greater capacity.

Sadly, I cannot recommend this product.
As soon as we got this device, I had my husband start training his breathing with it. Sadly, it only kept making him throw up due to how large the mouthpiece is. He tried doing this a few times, but the only effect it had was making him throw up.

1 week ago cant take a deep breath and when i ran i could only run super duper short distence and then i orded it and then i used it for one week and i could take a deep breath and i could run super duper far and get kind of tired and now i can sleep every night now
