剥がれないし膿をガンガン吸います

I got 4 instead of 10
So I got my package today and when I open it, I got these 4 packages while in the description it says that I should have got 10 of them. So I'm a bit confused right now. But since considering the price is cheaper even with the 4 packages I'm satisfied with what I've got. Just maybe the seller should change their product description or something.
