Not even one star on these supplements. They SMELL really bad. First time I have ordered supplements that come in a resealable envelope, so don't know if the smell is because of the packaging. There is no desiccant pack in the package to keep it dry. It contains 500 pills, which is more than a years supply, can't even begin to imagine how this product will smell in a years time.

Selenium is very important to supplement for aging folks like me, and these have more than your recommended daily value, so you'll never be deficient while taking them. The price is very reasonable for what you get - a great value indeed. I take them with water, but you might use juice, milk, etc and not notice an off-putting taste. They are easy to use and effective when taken on an empty stomach. Minus one star because they came in a plastic bag and I would have preferred a bottle, plastic or glass. They don't quite fit into my medicine cabinet as well as I would have wanted. Other than that, I'm very happy with these.
