Great for $25
I got these for just $25.61 which is just $5 more than the KSC75 and you get two microphones (one boom mic in the USB cable and one inline mic in the aux cable). That’s the main benefit of these headphones, the removable cable. Koss doesn’t generally offer removable cables on their lower-end headphones which created a huge modding community due to them still sounding good. But with these, you don’t need to do that. They sound a lot like the other cheap Koss headphones, which is good. Both microphones sound fine and should sound good enough, though the boom mic sounds better because it’s closer to your mouth, letting it reject more background noise. The headband does feel kind of cheap and the suspension strap does like to pull the headphones up, but they should break in over time, reducing the tension. They are very light which makes them pretty comfortable. These aren’t great for portability because they’re open-back which means all the noise gets in and bleeds out, but this is by design in order to improve soundstage. Get the GMR-540-ISO, 54X or something else closed if you want noise isolation. Them being wired only doesn’t help portability either, though you at least can switch to the shorter aux cable instead of the 8 ft USB cable. The sound is pretty good but slightly warm (extra mid-bass). The sub-bass rolls off like most open-back dynamic driver headphones. For their $75 MSRP, they’re nothing special but for $25 they’re some of the best open-back headphones you can get. If you want to go any cheaper, I’d have to suggest IEMs at that point, or the KSC75 also from Koss, though you lose out on removable cables with the KSC75.

Great, until the headband snapped
They sound great, the microphone was great, and they were comfortable - until the plastic headband snapped and now they can’t be used. I’ll try to build a new headband because everything else works, but maybe I’ll just replace them. They only lasted a few months.

Mostly good
So I have mixed feelings. I only have a KSC75 to really compare these to and other cheap gaming headsets. I was a little disappointed with the sound. I was put off by the lack of resolution compared to the KSC75's. It was also a little bassy for my liking but others might enjoy that. Other than that I would say its comparable to other brands like SADES, turtle beach, and such. It's possible its a little more resolving than those brands with better bass control. It seem to eq similarly to KPH30i eq profiles and I believe it's using the same driver.Where this thing utterly beats out everything is comfort and the sound of the mic. I could wear these all day as they're light and have little clamp. The mic sounds pretty amazing with limited or no compression applied which can either be good or bad, for me its a plus as my surrounding environment is quiet and I'm not worried about random noises coming through the mic. That said discord has noise suppression and echo cancellation built in if you need it.Pros:-Very light and comfortable, like 10/10-Open back-Cheap and competitive at $30-Very good mic for the priceCons:- Possibly durability (I haven't had my set for long, will update if it snaps)- The mic needs something to keep it straight (can be accomplished with a mod).- The sound was a bit boomy sounding out of the box, some may like this amount of bass. (I find its better with EQ)- The USB DAC cable is capable but makes EQ require a 3rd party application. Conclusion, if you have only ever bought gaming headsets or listened to non audiophile stuff this is a great buy. If you need the comfort and a good mic this is also a great buy. If you're looking for KSC75, Porta Pro, or KPH30i sound this might not be it. If you're looking for your first open back headphones and don't need the mic or this level of comfort I would suggest the KSC75's instead even though they're technically on ear's, less comfortable, and have very little bass. If you do need a mic and want to experience your first open backs this would be a good place to start. superlux 681 and samson sr850 could also be compelling for first open backs without a mic.

Good headphones held back by bad cables
First off, I love these headphones. Lightweight, comfortable, and they sound pretty good to boot. Unfortunately the cables that came with it are complete trash. The usb one is very thin, and the usb plug broke after one tug perpendicular to how it plugs in. I resoldered it and got it to work until the cable wore out where it comes out of the usb plug. The other headset cable is wonky and sends commands to max volume and skip tracks depending on if its bent or not. Awful cables for a $60+ headset, $10 skullcandies have better cables.
