This particular collagen is unflavored, though that doesn't mean the same thing as flavorless. That said, this unflavored collagen is pretty close to being flavorless (especially compared to others that can leave an aftertaste or alter the flavor of what it's mixed with).The powder itself is pretty finely milled, and it dissolves easily when mixed with drinks. It's great! don't get it on anything though bc its STICKY if it touches even a HINT of moisture!
