Delicious, Filling, and Totally Crave-Worthy
I’m obsessed with this shake. The taste is so good...especially when you mix it with a Premier Protein vanilla shake instead of milk. Total game changer. It’s rich, chocolatey, and actually tastes like dessert, which is nearly impossible to find in the protein shake world. When I want something high-protein, low-sugar, and low-carb, I blend one scoop of this with a Premier Protein, a scoop of PBfit, and ice. It’s smooth, creamy, and keeps me full for hours. If I’m in the mood to treat myself, I’ll throw in a frozen banana and a drizzle of honey. Chef’s kiss. Pure magic.Pro tip: Don’t even bother with a spoon...it doesn’t mix well. Shaker bottle is okay, but if you want the best texture and flavor, use a blender. It’s worth the extra 60 seconds. Highly recommend this for anyone looking for a clean, tasty meal replacement or post-workout shake.

Best tasting!!
This was the best tasting meal replacement shake I’ve had, and I’ve tried a lot of different brands. It’s a little on the pricey side, but I think it’s well worth it. I also like the fact that it does not have soy or a lot of artificial sweeteners. it seems to be full of a lot of good things. The cookies and cream is my absolute favorite.!!!!

Great for busy lifestyle
I recently purchased the 310 Nutrition All-In-One Meal Replacement Shake, and I'm impressed. It's a quick and easy solution for those hectic days when cooking a meal seems impossible. The taste is surprisingly good – not too sweet, and it blends smoothly. I appreciate how it keeps me full and satisfied, making it a reliable go-to for a nutritious on-the-go option. Overall, a simple and effective addition to my routine.

Smooth, not gritty. Does not taste like chocolate at all. Edit: tastes like chocolate if it is COLD
I'm still drinking my first and maybe its an acquired taste...I've tried a couple other powdered protein shakes and this one definitely has the best mouth feel. It's not gritty at all and is a good thickness. The thickness is probably around the thickness of a mocha or something like that. Not watery, but not too difficult to swallow.I got the chocolate and I'm honestly not a fan of the taste. It doesn't taste like chocolate. I saw a review that said it tastes like reeses and it absolutely does not (thats what I was hoping for). It has a really weird after taste. Sort of a bitter taste. If I keep drinking, it gets sweeter as long as its in my mouth, but if you're a sipper (I am) this might not be for you because as soon as I put the bottle down, the bitter-ish after taste starts. Also, you can taste the Stevia so if you've tried Stevia before and you thought it had a weird tang, this has that still.I will say that I just mixed with water, so it could be better in a full smoothie or with milk or some kind of milk alternative. I'll update in a few days if I get used to the taste. Flavor-wise, Le-vel Thrive is better, but this is a much nicer consistency.Edit: I've figured it out! It has to be VERY COLD and then it tastes chocolate-y. I mean, shake it up, then stick it in the freezer for 10 mins cold. If its fridge cold or warmer, it tastes awful. If its freezing, its delicious.

gritty, flavor ok, pricey
I need a daily chocolate fix, so I lean towards shakes - some chocolatey snack that isn't terribly unhealthy. I consider myself familiar with chocolate shake products on the market. I decided to finally try something different (well knowing this is too expensive for me). This product is quite sweet (sickly) and I am not sure why or what from based on ingredient list. I used 1c of unsweetened almond milk and needed to further dilute with additional 1/2c because it still tasted too sweet. It has a sandy feeling in the mouth, I think underneath there is a fairly decent chocolate flavor. I also like to add a banana to shakes for more substance. As for meal replacement, well as I said I don't utilize shakes for that reason...for me it's a healthy chocolate fix and, anything providing a mere 110 calories is by no means a meal replacement. If this product was half the price, I would purchase again because of the decent chocolate flavor (I could live with the sandy mouth feel), but the cost is prohibitive for me.

Started this at the age of 41
I would like to first say I do not do reviews usually, but I had to for this product I started taking this in the beginning of February 2022 I am 41 years old 6’3 an at the time I started taking this I was 296. I am now 254. I would also like to say there is no side effects from taking this. Don’t get me wrong this product isn’t perfect but what product is. I usually mix it with coconut milk or 2% lactose Organic blueberries with some organic dragon fruit an it taste delicious, I should say I take one shake per workday. I just happen to work in an environment that requires a lot of cardio. So this product works for me because on average I’m burning on a daily basis 3000 to 4000 cal. My goal is to be down to 210 by the end of June, maybe I will update this review when that time comes.

Taste horrible nowhere near the flavor advertised.
I've tried many protein shakes over the years, and I was reluctant to spend the money for this. I could have bought 2x my other protein shake mix for the cost of this. Now I'm going to have to choke this down every few days, so I don't waste it. Tastes NOTHING like cookies & cream.
