Hoss Tools 56" Tomato Cages

These tomato cages cost some money, but the old saying that "you get what you pay for" is 100% True about this product.I plant various types of tomatoes every year, both determinate and indeterminate so I opted for the 60" high cages.Since this year I built a new 4' x 10' above ground garden (getting to old to bend down) and wanted to make it all perfect for my gardening years to come. When I saw these tomato cages on Amazon, I thought they really looked like they would work well and looked very sturdy, so I bought a pack of 10 of them.And WOW, whoever invented these cages really knew what he was doing - Bar None!!!I have attached a couple of photos of them yesterday after I placed them in my garden while my tomato plants were still less than 2' high. These cages are made with 4 Gauge Wire and the Main Competitor of These "The Burpee Extra Large Heavy Guage" are made with 9 Gauge Wire. This means that these Hoss Cages are More than "2 Times" thicker than the competitors. So, I guess the old saying You Get What you Pay for is True.

My garden took on like a storm this year. My tomato plants were taking over. I took the time to integrate my big tomatoes into the cages. It took a lot of time but was well worth it. I’ll be ready to use these cages from the beginning of my planting next season. These are the best cages I have ever used. The will store nice and will definitely last for several years

We have a mix of different types of tomato cages, and, following a windstorm the other day, these were the only ones that stayed upright. They are very sturdy, stay in place, and support a heavy tomato plant. We are planning on replacing all our cages with these. Expensive but worth the price. We have only used them one year but they seem quite durable and I have the feeling they will last many years.

LOVE THESE. It took me forever to pull the trigger on buying these. When I told Michael how much I spent I was sure I would get crap for it but he was as impressed with them as much as I was. When I asked him if we should buy another set for the rest of the garden he didn't hesitate on saying yes. I just bought the second set of 10 about 15 mins ago.

Yes they are expensive. Yes they are the most amazing tomato cages I have ever used. It is time to buy quality that lasts in my life. I am sure they will pay for themselves due to longevity. My plants have no chance of falling over...even the tomatillo the size of a small house does not topple. I did not want to spend the money and I love them. If a boy were a tomato cage, this would be the commitment kind of guy who you just want to look at and keep around for his solid, positive impact on the world.

These are hands down the best tomato, green bean, cucumber, and cantaloupe cage period. Just what this old man needed to continue his garden hobby. Yes they are expensive but are stainless, sturdy, and strong. I use them in 30 gallon bags and have had no problems with lean or wind. Yes. I’m an urban farmer. Spending $800 to grow $120 worth of crops.

I tried cheaper tomato cages, but returned them due to not being sturdy enough and generally inferior. These are a bit more expensive, but are super easy to use and will last virtually forever. Quickly shipped and perfectly delivered.

The very best cage. Unfolds to good height, sturdy wire. Will last for years . More expensive but you won’t have to buy these every year. Fold up/collapse for easy storage. I will buy 10 more next yeR and be done for life.
