Pulaski Two Toned Hand Painted Bombay Chest, Red

I have purchased several bombay chests over the years and was shocked when this table arrived. It is very small much like an end table than a bombay chest. Rather than having to return it, my daughter will use it as an end table in her bedroom. As far as the quality, it is mediocre and the finish comes off quite easily. It will need regular finish touchups.

This product showed up and is exactly as advertised. If you can’t read dimensions, then you might find this shorter than what you expected. The craftsmanship was fine. Unfortunately it arrived damaged and their customer service was prompt and issuing me a refund and arranging for free shipment back to them. I can’t blame the packaging because it seemed to be packets just fine, I’m assuming it was damaged in transit.

It's a nice buy. Looks very nice. I am just hoping it is not Made In China. Got to figure out a way of knowing if a product is Made in China so I don't buy it. Even it is dirt cheap. But, I digress. This is a good buy. Looks nice in the passage way.

I am so disappointed in Amazon for selling such a item as this.I have been a customer for many years and when ordering this Bombay Chest even though I had read negative and positive feedback,I went on and ordered this Chest.First of all I cant send back,money to ship back,I am 66 and barely it from box.The chest is NOT RED,almost a dark Burgundy.It came with all these bolts and nuts ,says must be attached to wall,duh,for sturdiness,has two big sheets of like heavy particle board all wrapped up,directions doesnt include, so I really dont know what they are there for,the paint has bumps on edge, looks cheap ,not anything like portrayed picture,or did it say in description anything about having to attach legs with 4 screws and bolts per leg.To say the least it arrived days early.I feel this was falsely advertised and am going to report to Consumer Affairs.Be ware of this Bombay Chest.

Very nice chest - looks 'high end' . Was very pleased!

I love this chest. Exactly as described. The packaging was ideal as the driver dropped it on the way up our porch steps, I knew it would be damaged as the box certainly was. However it was tight and snug and just perfect. Great price too.
