Overall I am satisfied, but if a friend asked about it I would give a few cautions.1. Be sure to inspect the finish because I found some minor blemishes. They weren't bad and given where they were I thought they would not show, so I chose to keep the product anyway.2. I had never installed a recessed toilet paper holder and I did not find installation instructions in the package. I ordered this several months ago so it is possible I misplaced them. If I had not looked on YouTube and watched a woman thread coated wire through holes on the backplate to help keep the backplate in place while she tightened the screws I would have been extremely frustrated and I would have failed miserably. I used twine instead of coated wire, and it worked fine. I pulled the twine out just before giving the screws a couple of final turns.3. See #1 again about inspecting the finish because the one place I did not inspect was the thin top ridge of the holder. That is the part I will see the most, and once installed I found that a small blemish was showing so I took the holder out of the wall, flipped it over, and installed it again. It only took a few minutes, and it was worth it.I am glad I upgraded because it looks significantly better than the polished chrome holder that came with the house. I would not hesitate to buy it again.

This is a well-made piece: it is solid metal, not plastic. The chrome plating is very lustrous with no sharp edges. The paper roll is attached by screws, not molded-in as I expected. Installation instructions and hardware are included, there is even a template to make the correct size opening. They look very classy installed in our new bathroom vanity cabinets. The only downside is that a full, new roll of Charmin is just a bit snug but don't let that stop you. These are a nicer quality than I expected.

I replaced my brass/silver bathroom fixtures with bronze. I had a recessed tissue holder and didn't want to spray paint it. I was happy with this choice. It matched what I had professionally replaced and fit the original one--I didn't have to use the mounting spring. Very happy with finished bath.

Stylish. Very easy to install. Premium rolls of paper fit easily.

Installed in 5 minutes. The spring loaded roll holder that others have mentioned in other reviews hasn’t been an issue. Works and looks great.

The media could not be loaded.  Bought this to replace a similar toilet paper holder. Same size hole in the wall but the roll is held out a little farther. It can accommodate a double roll and hasn't failed once since I installed it two days ago. Make sure you are installing it between studs and below any blocking installed for handicap rails. You also want to avoid any plumbing or electrical lines on the wall. Check the other side of the wall for outlets or plumbing that might be in the way...6 months now, gone through a dozen or more dubble rolls and it's still working like new!

I chose this one because the dimensions were best for a preexisting hole. However, the dimensions of 7.72 x 6.3 x 3.58 inches are not accurate. It's more 6.3 x 6.3. I will likely return it.

Love this.. it’s simple, easy to install and best of all it has a deeper well which holds the double/triple toilet paper rolls nicely. When I purchased this I was having a hard time finding back accessories for my bathroom. Then I found this and a few others that just weren’t my style or in my budget. It’s well worth it.

I'm happy with my purchase. The item is nice. Finish is attractive. I don't think the roll bar is all metal, it appears to be plastic, but it's grey or silver and looks fine. The unit was quick to install. The price seems a bit high for what you are getting but I want to have something like this and they don't have it in my local home improvement stores. This one seemed to be a decent price compared to others online.
