Q: Does the color intensity vary based on how long you leave it in your hair? I want a very subtle purple.

Hello and thank you for your question! With the conditioner if you would like it to be subtle you can leave it 2-5 minutes. For more intensity you can apply again or leave it up to 20 minutes. The end result will be based on the color you apply and the color of your hair.

Q: I have bleach blonde highlights. if i decide to try this product and do not like it, how do i remove the color safely? (plan on using rose gold)

Rose Gold is one of our lighter shades and should remove relatively easily. When you are ready t be done with it we recommend switching to a clarifying shampoo.

Q: Do I need to use both the color wash and conditioner? Can’t find matching baby blue color.

I find either or works just fine. But I prefer the conditioner.
