Pkcell Sub C 2200mAh NiCd Rechargeable Battery for Power Tools (w/Tabs) (5pc)

A fully charged 2200 mAh battery (2.2 amp-hr) with a 1 ampere load should deliver 1 ampere to the load for 2.2 hours (thus the meaning of 2.2 amp-hours). These batteries were cycled and charged at the proper rate (C/10 or 220 milliamps) using a stabilized charger designed for charging NiCad batteries. Cells charged will reach a little over 1.2 Volts and are considered discharged when the voltage reached 1.1 volts. These batteries (purchased two of them) reached their threshold discharge voltage in 20 minutes; far below the rating. Unfortunately, I installed one so there was no way I could return the set. Not a happy camper about this.

I bought two of these to replace the dead batteries in my Delonghi DFG440 cheese grater. A little soldering is required to connect the batteries but otherwise, once you get the grater open, the replacement isn't difficult.The batteries work well, hold a charge, and they are charged by the base. I'm very happy with them because now the grater has a new lease on life.

These are standard sub C batteries, seem to be of average quality.I have had trouble soldering wires to them. I don’t know if the tabs are of inferior metal quality or my solder is bad.

These things hold a charge for a good long while and now my electric shaver now just keeps going and going. I may have to make some minor alterations in the other two items the rest will be going into because the old 2/3C cells are no longer made. If I can get these to fit I already know from the first one they'll be stellar performers.

I actually ordered these when I needed NiMh batteries and was going to return. The seller approved the return,but before I could return them I did find a use for them and they are working great.

Just what the doctor ordered, a new better battery for an old on-board glow driver system for a fuel powered 1/4 scale RC model airplane, works like new, it saved me money and time, thank you.

Easy to install by unsoldering the old batteries and soldering the new ones in place.Works great.
