DC: Justice League (Blu-ray 3D & Blu-ray)

JUSTICE LEAGUE - 4K & 3D/2D Bluray Steelbook edition!! Finally the long wait has ended... Extremely excited and happy to have this in my collection. Despite all the negative reviews, I enjoyed this movie...I guess I am slightly biased towards DC and of course Superman! I am still to check out how the 4K quality is but I have heard good things about it and I believe it will be great. The Steelbook artwork is really good... something different from some of the JL promotional images that we have seen. The finish is great and overall a terrific Steelbook edition. Great job by WB. Let’s just hope DC comes up with a Synder cut sometime... seems difficult but who knows! The move to the light out of the darkness that DC Films needed. It's unfortunate that the behind the scenes nonsense and technical CGI got widely reported on but the movie is a fun, well written adventure that brings the Justice League together and gives me a lot of hope for the future. And I am very happy to report that Superman ROCKED in this movie. His long story arc from Man of Steel and through Batman v Superman has finally led to him becoming the Superman we know and love.Good amount of bonus materials too.

As we all know Director Zack Snyder has been the creative person who had envisioned the world of DCEU which he kick-started with Man of Steel, due to creative conflict with Warner Brothers Studio he had to leave the project during post-production, months before the movie got released; public had otherwise been told the other story to wrap everything up. What we finally got was a highly edited version of Joss Whedon. The world of DC has always been different from Marvel, if you have seen MoS, the extended cut of BvS you know what I meant. Dark & gritty elements have always been the world of Justice League, still what we finally got was a washed down story arch. However I still liked this version & wish we could see the Snyder Cut which was supposed to be of run time of 3 hours.The picture & audio quality of the blu-ray is phenomenal, this edition does not have much deleted scene. Loved it! Picture quality is crystal clear. This movie feels more like a comic book than the previous DCEU movies, which were more gritty and serious. The interaction between the team is a lot of fun, and the film sends the DCEU in a more hopeful and light direction. Superman vs the entire Justice league is the best part. Cyborg, Wonder Woman, Aquaman, Batman are all cool, but the real show-stealers are Superman and Flash. I loved Man of Steel, BvS (UC), and can't wait for Man of Steel 2.
