Yes. Use alcohol swabs before pricking your finger. I use one needle for months. Eventually the needle will dull because of the acidity in the blood.

Look for the expiration date on the upper left hand corner of the attached label.

Q: Can this also be used to Check or monitor Cholesterol?, im asking bc i have one of this but i found i have high Cholesterol now.

No it cannot be used for cholesterol.. It is only for blood sugar.
