Q: How are these shipped to avoid being melted?

Hello From Germany, if we ship chocolate in the summer time we use cool bags. That means not that the chocolate has refrigeration temperature if you arrived but the chocolate is protect for strong heat. If you order more than 10 (also different sorts) we deliver by Express courier (Fedex or DHL Express) and the transit time is 1-2 working days. Q: How many pieces in a box?

I believe that there are 20, but I haven't opened a box to count. I saw a nutritional information panel for "each" piece, and that indicated that the individual pieces of chocolate are 12.5g, so there must be 20 in a 250g box.

Q: Are these individually wrapped?

No, they are not wrapped individually.

Q: What is the alcohol content ?

Although unsure, one online finding stated 1% alcohol and, the chocolates could not even have an oz of fluid.. thus, very small. From my experience, all chocolates with alcohol are insignificant in alcohol; sorry do not expect to get drunk. These chocolates had the distinction of a great taste.
